We provide custom cabinetry and furniture design,manufacturing and installation for
the residential and commercial markets. If you have an idea, we can design and build

The Stages
Design/ Sale
It starts with the call you make to us to set up the in home appointment. We come
out take measurements and sit down with you to go over your ideas and also make
suggestions that will make your space more functional. We then come up with a
concept drawing or use your concept (if you already have one) to come up with an
estimate. Once we work out all the details, finalize the rough sketch and agree on a
price, we produce final shop drawings for your approval and sign off. At this point we
give you a time frame on delivery and installation.
Manufacturing
Once we put your project on the schedule board, it is put into production. The
builder creates his cut list and cuts all his parts in the wood species you chose. He
then assembles all the components of the job. It is then staged in his designated
work area, where the dimensions and design are checked for accuracy and any
necessary modifications are made. Next, any special order doors, moldings or other
interior components are applied to the job to make sure they all work. At this point,
you are invited to come in and view your project and color sample for approval. It is
then broken down and all parts are labeled with your job number and sent to the
finishing department.
Finishing
Our finishing department carefully tapes off cabinets and sands everything
extensively to ensure an even finish throughout the project. It then goes to the
coloring stage where the base stain is applied and toned or primer and paint is
applied depending on the finish sample you approved. After everything is sealed
several times, glazing (if any) is applied to match sample. It is then sealed again and
then the final top coat is applied to the sheen level of the approved sample.
Installation
Once everything is finished, it goes to the hardware or set up department, where it is
staged again to ensure everything is all there and working properly. It is then broken
down again and loaded onto the truck to be delivered to you. Our courteous, clean
and professional installation crew will come in and assemble and fit your project to
your space. Everything is then given a final adjustment and cleaning and is ready for
you to use.
